Membership Agreement

Users who visit www.legnom.net.tr (hereinafter referred to as the site) and users who are members of the site are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and declared the following membership agreement.
The Legnom Web Services User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "User Agreement"), which consists of this agreement and the annexes that are an integral part of the agreement, has been arranged between Legnom Web Services and the User who is a member of the Site, for the purpose of the User becoming a member of the Site and at the time of approval of the User Agreement by the User in the electronic environment where the Site is located.

By becoming a member of the Site, you accept, declare and undertake that you have read the entire User Agreement, understand its content in its entirety and approve all its provisions.

Definitions
Legnom Web Services: Legnom Web Services
User: A natural or legal person who is a member of the Site and benefits from the Services offered on the Site within the conditions specified in this User Agreement

Buyer: The User who purchases the goods and/or services offered for sale by the Seller by using the Services offered on the Site: The User who offers for sale to other Users the goods and / or services that he / she legally owns and has the right and authority to dispose of the property by using the Services offered on the SiteSite: The website consisting of the domain name www.legnom.net.tr and subdomains connected to this domain name Legnom Web Services Services (Briefly "Service"): The applications put forward by Legnom Web Services within the Site in order to enable Users to perform the business and transactions defined in the User Agreement, Legnom Web Services may make changes and/or adaptations to its Services at any time in order to enable Users to perform the business and transactions defined in the User Agreement more effectively. The rules and conditions that the Users are obliged to comply with regarding these changes and/or adaptations made by Legnom Web Services are announced to the Users by Legnom Web Services on the bulletin board where there are explanations about the use of the relevant Service.
